Payment Terms
- We accept PayPal, direct deposit, and credit/debit cards as forms of payment.
- Pay only to business accounts.
- To ensure your reservation, pay 50% in advance.
- To take advantage of discounts, full payment is required.
- Travelers are responsible for paying all taxes, fees, and surcharges.
Booking Policies
- All hotels provide rooms in the basic category.
- The cost of upgraded rooms is higher and is paid to the resorts directly.
- It can take up to a day to confirm a reservation.
- Vouchers can be sent by hard copy, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and check-in time is 12:00 PM.
- At the time of booking, provide exact passenger ages.
Room and Safari Conditions
- One room with an additional mattress is available for three people.
- Safari zone selection is based on availability.
- Zones are subject to change; no specific zone can be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
- Thirty days before to the tour, twenty percent of the total cost is payable.
- 15–29 Days Earlier: 30% (not including fees for gypsy, canter, or elephant safari).
- 7–14 Days Before: 40% (excluding fees for gypsy, canter, or elephant safari).
- 50% if paid two to six days in advance (not including fees for a gypsy, canter, or elephant safari).
- No refunds for cancellations or those with less than 48 hours' notice.
- Safari costs are not refundable.
Refunds and Amendments
- Reservations for forest lodges, such as Dhikala or Bijrani, are non-refundable.
- Safari reservations that are cancelled because of technological difficulties will be refunded.
- Any modifications to hotel rates or government taxes will be disclosed.
Seasonal variations and unforeseen circumstances
- Different policies are in effect during holidays, Diwali, and the New Year.
- There are no refunds for things like strikes, bad weather, or traffic jams.
Obligations and Conflicts
- Higher government taxes or fees are billed as an additional expense.
- New Delhi courts have authority over disputes.
